A legacy found nowhere else
Rare is the star of modern Italian cuisine who doesn’t claim inspiration from the great Gualtiero Marchesi. The first chef in Italy to ever gain three Michelin stars, his made an art of alta cucina. Our Executive Chef, Osvaldo Presazzi, worked shoulder to shoulder with Marchesi; today, he keeps that heritage and spirit alive with his team.
